Citing that the deadly blaze broke out after a firework event was organised at the nightclub without providing proper fire-safety equipment and other essential safety gadgets, the Goa Police on Tuesday sought transit remand of nightclub owners Gaurav Luthra and Saurabh Luthra, telling a Delhi court that their custodial presence in Goa was necessary for a crucial stage of investigation.
