Goa court grants bail to Gaurav and Saurabh Luthra in the NOC forgery case related to Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub. The Luthra brothers, owners of the venue where a fire killed 25, were already out on bail for the fire tragedy. Their release is now cleared in this separate case as well.
