NEP for Classes III, VI, X from 2025-26

Goa will implement the NEP 2020 for Classes III, VI, and X starting the 2025-26 academic year. To accommodate new subjects, the academic year may begin in April instead of June. Nine subjects will be taught from Class VI to VIII, and ten from Class IX and X. The semester system may extend to Class X.
