The Bombay High Court has ordered Goa's public health department, GMC, and directorate of technical education to conclude postgraduate medical admissions for 2025-26 strictly by existing rules. The court intervened after 27 MBBS graduates feared midway rule changes, particularly regarding reservation, which could jeopardize their chances. The bench deemed the apprehension genuine, citing potential arbitrariness and irreparable loss to candidates.
